Removing a media device from network.

Hi everyone. I m having a small problem and I m not sure where to go from here. I currently have a network set up with my computer, my girlfriend s computer and my Samsung TV on it. My computer is named Chris. When I look in my network folder I see media devices set up. The first one is Chris, the second is UN55C8000 which is my TV and the third is Chris-Vaio:Chris. This is what my computer was name before I changed it. I m also sure its not my girlfriends computer because her computer is named Jackie and shes only using PC share through Samsung and has blocked herself from media streaming from windows Media Player. My question is how do I remove the media device called Chris Vaiio:Vaio from the network. How can I have to 2 media devices from one computer. Any help would be great.
