Are you sure your game isn t pre-patched to version 1.2. If you have a file called configure.exe in your Blood Money directory, then you re already at version 1.2.
Why do you want to patch to 1.2. It breaks the cheats and induces a gamma bug where the screen is incredibly bright in first person view. I d advise not to patch unless you re having a problem.
